  1. 1. Scope
    These Terms of Service apply to all contracts concluded between WashedBlackDryTrading (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter “you” or “Customer”) via our online store.

  3.  Conclusion of Contract
    The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the “Buy now” / “Pay now” button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email.
    4. Prices and Payment
    All prices are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
    5. Delivery
    Delivery times are stated on the product page or during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or force majeure.
    6. Retention of Title
    The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
    7. Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.
    8. Warranty 
    Statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, the warranty period is 6 months from delivery. In case of a defect, you may request repair or replacement. If this fails, you may reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.
    9. Liability
    We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, and liability is limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
    10. Customer Obligations
    You are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery and contact information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect data provided by you, any warranty claims must include the return of the product and pictures of the issues claimed wrong with the product.
    11. Final Provisions
    German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another EU country, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of that country. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Köln, Germany.
    If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
